Key Responsibilities
As our Fleet Presentation Coordinator, you will be the single point of contact for the aesthetic management of our Sydney fleet.
- Coordinate Vehicle Servicing and Detailing: Schedule all interior and exterior vehicle cleaning, detailing, and sanitisation services across multiple depots/locations.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular physical inspections of vehicles to ensure they meet the company’s stringent presentation standards before deployment to clients or staff.
- Liaison and Scheduling: Work hand in hand with our workshop team as well as third-party vendors (e.g., cleaning contractors, signage companies).
- Minor Maintenance Reporting: Act as the first point of contact for reporting all minor and major accident damage including scratches and dents. Ensure timely scheduling of repairs and complete post-repair inspections to check quality.
- Inventory Management: Manage stock levels of cleaning supplies, air fresheners, and branded vehicle accessories.
- Administrative Support: Maintain accurate records of cleaning schedules and accident damage.
Skills and Experience Required
We are looking for a highly motivated individual who can work autonomously and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Experience: Proven experience in fleet coordination, automotive administration, car rental operations, or a similar logistics-focused role involving high attention to detail.
- Organisational Skills: Exceptional time management skills are non-negotiable. You must be able to manage complex schedules efficiently.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to coordinate effectively with drivers, managers, and external suppliers.
- Problem Solving: A proactive approach to identifying presentation issues and implementing quick solutions.
- IT Proficiency: Comfortable using fleet management software (TMS), scheduling tools, and standard Microsoft Office.
