We are searching for a team member to join our Operations team in Melbourne. Based out of our Footscray depot you will play a vital role in the management and quality control of Murrays movements.
About Us
Murrays Coaches are a family-owned business operating since 1966. We provide ground transport to peak sporting bodies and teams, event companies, schools and corporate customers, as well we operate regular express services in Queensland, New South Wales and the Australian Capital Territory.
The Responsibilities
- Monitor in real-time transport tasks.
- Work with our driver team to ensure a high level of customer service.
- Rostering & scheduling of drivers, guides and fleet resources.
- Vehicle GPS reporting.
- On site coordination for conference/multi-vehicle movements.
About You
- Have high quality customer service skills.
- Be able to multitask with a can-do attitude.
- Be able to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Be able to respond to changing priorities and accept change.
- Have high attention to detail and the ability to complete tasks.
- Good computer skills.
- Flexible and able to work as part of a small team on a rotating roster that includes some weekend/out of hours work.
- Previous experience in the transport or tourism sectors is preferred, including a Victorian Heavy Vehicle licence and Drivers Certificate is desirable but not essential.
